I learned back in the body building days when I was eating a lot of sweet potatoes that you can add pumpkin spice to a lot of things and make them taste like pumpkin, I think there is apple or apple pie spice also mix that with a little cinamon and put it in oatmeal

That is an awesome idea about the sweet potatoes. I add spenda and cinamon to mine but the pumpkin spices I would never had thought of. I don't know when the last time was I had a white potato. Sweet potatoes are my favorite now! They say they are about the same in nutritional value, just that most people really load up the white ones which is what makes them worse, I dont know if it is true but I certainly do limit what I put on my sweet ones.
