MikeB, how accurate are the machines that calculate body fat and BMI? I just got an Omron fat loss monitor to use to track my progress. My BMI is slightly lower using the machine than it is using the website you linked above (34.9 v 35.4). I'm assuming the machine reading is more accurate?
