| Re: Please Help Yes, I eat breakfast. I start with a bowl of cereal or oatmeal and drink a glass of 2% milk. I eat a sandwich and fruit for lunch. But in the afternoon I start getting hungry and may eat a granola bar. For supper I usually eat some type of protein, two vegetables, and a bread. But, I will say I am not perfect and that the above may vary (may eat a mid-morning snack and not eat lunch, etc.). I am always on the go. I am not big on protein, and that is probably one of my downfalls. Now, at night, I will be honest, I crave salty and anything sweet. I have absolutely no willpower at night. My husband is always bringing something sweet home for the kids and me (like the other night a chocolate pie), and I need to gain the willpower to say no. I make a big mistake of staying up until 1 a.m. Also, I have noticed I crave sodas. I weigh 208 pounds and I am 5'9". I know my diet lacks in several different areas, but in my mind, I guess I think that excercising through the week like I do I shouldn't have to watch my diet as closely....I know that is definitely the wrong mindset...Boy, that feels good to say that.
