| Please Help Ok...I need help. I walk/run 3 times a week and I am training a group of girls to run a 5k two nights a week. I eat pretty good, but I am a night time muncher. I can not seem to budge the scales at all. As a matter of fact, I have gained weight. I have been so depressed this last week since I weighed. Any suggestions to kick everything up a notch. I have been battling my weight for five years now.
