Gadzooks! That's an amazing transformation in what seems like overnight!
So you aren't really eating just 3 meals a day, it sounds like you are eating decent sized portions throughout the day. That's one of the biggest keys to losing weight is to eat smaller portions more frequently in an effort to speed up your metabolism.

It looks like what you're doing is working great for you; keep it up!
