"Sweetened naturally" still means sugar. Really really. Sugar comes in so many forms, including in fruit and especially in dried fruit. "Sweetened naturally" is a food industry scam term, honest. It all metabolizes into sugar same as those little white granules in the sugar bowl.
Fruit is important, for sure. Just...be aware. There
aren't different kinds of sugars, honest.
P.S. Dark chocolate still has a lot of fat & sugar.
