| Re: HUNGER!!! It's easy, find some whey or casein protein powder with minimal carbs & fat (less than 2g of each) and mix that in a blender with some cold water and ice along with 2 to 4 tb of fiber add in. I am FULL all the time and I've only been eating protein shakes, cottage cheese and some type of meat & veggies for the past few days. You're probably low on your protein intake anyhow so it won't hurt.
