exactly and then there is the danger of any kind of surgery and the fact that i dont like or trust doctors most dont care about their patients and only want to make money for themselves. they treat the symptoms not the problem that way you keep going back and spending more and more and more money and never really resolve anything and never become any healthier. the safest and surest, maybe not the easiest, way to lose weight is to eat less and move more. Get off our butts and do something other than watching tv or playing video games. the more you move the better you will feel and your weight wont be an excuse to not do the things in life that you really want to do like going to my son's first football game and cheering the loudest in the stand...i'm going to embarass him with my dorkiness not because i'm fat cause i wont be fat any more!!!!!
