Please don't take what I'm about to say as negative you have made incredible success in what you have done so far, but I would be concerned about the diet they have you on for a couple reasons, the first being the word diet itself because the program is not about changing your lifestyle, nobody can reduce there carbs for ever, and that brings me to my second point which is in the diet plan you talk about there are no carbs thats not good there are good carbs and bad carbs and your body needs carbs when studied physiology my professor used to say that "fat burns in the flame of carbohydrates" its how your body fuels its self. Like I said good job on what you have done but I was in the health club industry for 15 years and I never saw anybody that lost weight by cutting carbs keep it off, including myself.This emoticon has nothing to do with this post I just thought it was funny
