Thats right where its at for me, As soon as my incision is all the way healed and closed I am hitting the pool. Now that we live in town it will be a lot easier. I am only a couple miles from the civic center now. Before it was at least a 50 mile round trip.
I know from physical therapy they have water arobics classes and I am checking into those as well. Any exersize I do will either have to be walking or in the water. I have RA and my joints cant handle regular exersizing. I also picked up a book on Yoga and Pilates and after I get through reading them I am going to talk to the doc about doing some of those at home.
