| New to the board-Question regarding Ephedra pills
Hello everyone,
I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. I had lost quite a lot of weight when I began to take Metab-O-Lite diet pills. It did have ephedra in it. I have read everything there is about ephedra so I understand that if not used appropriately it can be harmful. I have never increased my dose to more than one pill a day. I refused to take more. My question is that I'm trying to find something that is similar to Metab-O-Lite, which isn't made anymore. I have tried different products with Ephedra but all the ones that I have taken tend to be too strong because I feel quite jittery. I'm already someone that tends to be a bit anxious overall. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have been exercising and watching my food intake but unfortunately I have been blessed with a very slow metabolism!!!
