Hi bigdaddy thanks.
I sure hear you on the gym stuff lol. I went to curves for few months before the doctor made me stop going. I was doing more damage then good. Now that we have moved to town I am going to be seeing about getting a membership to the community center and go swimming a few times a week but I have to wait for this latest incision to completely close and heal before I can do that.
The new house helps also the laundry machines are in the basement so thats a million trips a week to keep up with the laundry lol. As soon as the rest of the snow melts and it gets just a bit warmer I can start walking again. Winter is such a drag around here. ( The upper pin of Mi ) Right now it gets into the high 30's during the day and single digits at night which makes for bad walking conditions because of melting snow that freezes into ice everynight. Oh well that is what spring is like for us.
Good luck on your on goals!
