I've stated this before, I'm 230ish and I'm borderline obese on BMI. I can tell you that is straight up WRONG. I am in fantastic shape both strength and cardio wise.
My son is 5'9" 187lbs and around 15% body fat and in unbelievable shape as he wrestles. The kid can run or sprint for miles and can wrestle for minutes at a time w/o getting even slightly winded. However BMI says he's obese.
If you are in good shape with decent muscle mass BMI is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG
