sounds like a solid lifestyle to me, little bit of diet, little bit of exercise, beenthere is on the straight and narrow now- yippee

save yourself the money and stress of having that surgery, im not a fan of it b/c you have to DIET and EXERCISE even after you pay thousands of dollars for a procedure that can be done for free on your own. IMO
