How about a portabello mushroom burger on low carb or low cal bread with a portion or your favorite raw or cooked veggies on the side, and some sugar free jello for dessert? Don't let one mistake take away your momentum. Forget it and get back on track. Take it a day at a time. One bad meal or day doesn't have to ruin the next meal or day. You have a great start towards reaching your goal, just put one foot in front of the other...you can do this.
