I agree on the sashimi! I had 25 pieces last night when I went out.....just so expensive.

Its' sooo much cheaper though getting sushi grade Tuna/Salmon etc. from upscale grocers like Whole Foods and AJs.
Manda, don't beat yourself up too bad.....you don't have to make it all up at once....you can make it up over a few days if need be.
