"...decided I wanted..." Try to avoid making any kind of impulsive decision, it's something we all do, to our regret. Second, 1,000 calories is okay. Don't beat yourself up. Have something that's four or five hundred calories, that makes 1500 in all -- terrific. You've had an active day, and you've taught yourself about impulsive actions.
