Sometimes I feel like when I post, there are so many other posts on here, what will mine make a difference? If there were 20 posts on this page prior to yours, it would still be "the one" I needed to hear/read. I appreciate that you took the time and energy to put a very positive and perfect spin to your words into this post. You have made me decide to start journaling again only focusing on how I am feeling about my body and what I am eating along with the exercise I am or not doing. A person can read a hundred different sayings, quotes, or stories but then all it takes is one thing that makes it finally "click" and paves the way to success. I agree with everything in your post and just know you ARE making a difference. People like me need people like you. Thank you again.
