As information becomes more readily available on the internet, the general public is becoming more aware of the myths about cholesterol.
The cholesterol-lowering (statin) drug industry,
BY ITSELF, is $20 Billion per year.
Think about it. What would the drug companies do to maintain and increase this cash cow?
Cholesterol is neither good nor bad. It is manufactured by your liver, as required by your body. That is where the majority of it comes from.
So why would you counter what your liver is trying to do? Why not support your liver? Why not address the
reason (root cause), of cholesterol production?
Contrary to popular belief, your foods (eggs, fat, meat, etc.), are NOT the primary source of cholesterol.
Cholesterol becomes a problem only when it is OXIDIZED.
Oxidation = "rusting" = lack of nutrition.
Nutrition that you should be getting from vitamins and minerals. That's why they call Vitamin A,C,E, etc. 'anti-oxidants'.
