Oh I've found this soy protien shake that I've been drinking when I skip a meal, which I tend to do ALOT. It only has 140 calories in 2 scoops. It says to mix it in 8 oz. of water or milk but I mix it in about 14 oz of cold water because it is a bit gritty in just 8. but it has 13 grams of protein and 2 grms of fiber and 400 mg of potassium plus vitamin a c d and e and calsium iron and thiamin. So i figure it is a good replacement for a meal when i'm skipping them but ew i just realized it has 16 grams of sugar
