when i munch i usually make it veggies like carrots or a kashi granola bar. and I have a trail mix i found that is soy nuts and almonds and sunfower seeds and oh another seed dont remember which but i've got it measured out into snack size bags and only 1/4 cup in each bag about 130 calories if i remember right. I try to keep my munching to only healthy stuff but I know to much of anything can be bad. I dont even buy candys or cookies or chips anymore except for special treats for my kids and then that is very seldom and only enough for one snack for each kid so that it doesnt stay in the house so no temptations.
