Just out of curiosity... is it easier to lose more pounds per week when you have more to lose overall? It seems that even on weeks that I eat like an angel (tons of fruits/veggies, chicken, etc.. with no excess carbs or sugars) I still only lose 1.5 lbs. I realize a 1-2 lb weight loss is the healthy way to do it, but it's frustrating.

Last week, I went on a 6 hour hike, ran up and down these stairs that go down to the beach called "1001 Steps" (although there is only actually 400 steps) 10 times, then took my dog on a 2 hour walk right after to help lessen the burn in my calves, went to the gym twice, did yoga once, and didn't go near any candy. I only lost 1 measly pound.
