It's great to see some of the added health benefits you have received from eating healthy!

Maybe a warm milk toddy to help you go to bed? :p It sounds like you've been REALLY busy though! Good for you! I try to drink different things like spearmint teas, diet sodas, decaf coffees sometimes at night because it gives me variety without calories and the different tastes tend to curb my cravings.

Then again it's 1am!!! You should be in bed!
