Thanks for the motivation....and yes unfortunately...I do have to be hard on myself...I am a spoiled baby when it comes to food...
before I would never eat veggies or fruit....
I ate junk...and more junk...because that was what I liked...
I can't even name one healthy thing that I like...really...its pathetic..

For me it was a constant mouth party....
So...food will no longer be expected to be joyful...I will find joy other places...I will buy a new book...when I lose some weight..I will be able to sit on the floor with my child...I will play a new video game...I will start my garden...I will dance...

To me...food has let me down with false promises...It has given me instant gratification...but the price is too high anymore...and I am not going to pay it anylonger...
