| Re: FINE Aren't you being a little hard on yourself? Nobody could stick to such a rigid plan. You are setting yourself up for failure, so please reconsider. You shouldn't have to eat foods you hate. There are so many food plans available to you that I know you can find something that will put you on the right track without having to eat only foods you dislike. Create a healthy lifestyle of exercise, eating in moderation and checking in with your doctor for advice and care. You will be much happier and more likely to be successful. You can do this, it isn't fun at first, but it can be done, and you will reap the rewards of becoming healthy!!!!!!!!!!! |
