Okay,

How do you curb hunger?
I am constantly hungry...even when I eat a big meal and stuff myself...like at a huge family dinner...Everyone else in the family is still full for hours later....me...I am lucky I stay full for an hour and I am looking for more food....

Hunger is a huge issue for me....

Has anyone tried Apple Cider vinegar?

Does anyone use Green Tea?
