I would go with a chef salad. Some ham or turkey, cheese, and all the veggies you like. You can make a HUGE salad for not many calories. And the meat and cheese add some protein so you'll stay fuller longer.

Don't beat yourself up over one meal. We all deserve a meal we WANT once in awhile.
