well today for breakfast I did good and had a cup of oatmeal with a banana sliced up in it, and then about 2 hours later ate an orange. I then went bike riding for an hour and a half and decided I wanted sushi for lunch since I rode for that long, after I ate what I had gotten for lunch, I looked up how many calories are in the sushi rolls I got and ouch, wish I would have chosen something different. It ends up totaling to around 1,000 calories just for lunch! so my question is, what should I have for dinner that will make me feel better about myself after that mistake?
