Get thin & stay thin while you're still young. As far as "exercise working off the weight," you'd have to walk miles to work off one donut. Exercise never catches up to eating wrong.
Avoid fat & unhealthy carbs as much as possible. Don't get stressed about it -- the opposite. Try to calm down. Take it slow, just make healthy eating a plan for a lifetime...and start now.  |
