| Re: I am trying to stick to this diet, and be healthy. Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? I've really found that three things make me feel "full" ... fat, protein, and fiber. And, of course, fiber is sooooo good for you. My advice? Start intentionally increasing your daily intake of fiber (whole grains, fresh veggies) and you won't feel hungry! (It sounds like you're already doing a good job with lean proteins!)
By the way, my daily breakfast has 37g of fiber in it!
