i would love to do this and when i still had my job i ate lunch everyday at the same time with a good friend that i worked with. it was fun and i think was starting to help some because she knew about my appitite problem and would make sure i ate and ate healthy but now i'm not working she still does but it is like 30 min away and that is a long way to drive just for lunch and my mom lives an hour away, so during the day i'm home alone, atleast until my class starts, for breakfast and lunch and i usually end up skipping them. sometimes i sleep through breakfast because i was up so late the night before not able to fall asleep and then i'll get to cleaning or doing something and comepletely forget about lunch until almost 3 oclock when the kids get home by then it is to late for a meal so i force myself to eat a snack so i dont ruin dinner for myself completely..i was thinking of setting an alarm to go off everytime i should be eating to remind me to eat. I know skipping meals isnt condusive to losing weight but I dont think about eating when i dont feel hungry. weird i know but mom always said i was backwards
