yeesh... i've cut out soda from my meals a couple of months ago, just to cut back on the sugar and the evil jazz... but i didn't it did this much bad. luckily my man has convinced to drink water in every meal, and almost a gallon a day. he told me somethin' about cold water filling you up easily as well since it takes you stomach/ system to heat it up...
