I'm BACK!!!
Went to Albuquerque for the weekend with the family for a national wrestling tournament. My son won the "heavyweight" 12 and under (he weighed in at 185lbs) and my daughter went 0-2 but learned quite a bit from the competition. It was a full cheat weekend and I weighed 243lbs Sunday night.
Chest yesterday, started light with 4 sets of 15 reps @135 lbs flat bench then 4x8@45lbs incline flies. Went for a jog with the dog for around 1.5 to 2 miles and did some shopping for a new dog harness and leash as my American Bulldog requires a ton of exercise every day. Yesterday I pretty much just had my breakfast shake of 50g protein, 1.5 cups of oatmeal, 3 tb of fiber and 2 tb of almond butter with 3 cups of water. I had some almonds and veggies yesterday for lunches/snacks and then some turkey breast and veggies for dinner. Woke up at 234.5lbs this morning. Hit the elliptical for 20 minutes while my son did intervals on the treadmill then went out to the garage for some wrestling practice for a few minutes.
I'll do legs after work tonight with my son - some squats and cleans and then I'll go jogging again while the family is at wrestling practice.
I FEEL GREAT!!!
