Well here we are at the end of day 1 , i had some cereal for breakfast , a salad for lunch and a sandwich for dinner.... ok so it might not sound too healthy but its sooo much healthier than what i was on originally and ive drunk loads of water. Im feeling ok not eating junk food so far im not missing it like i thought i would and really not missing fizzy drinks.

I weighed myself this morning and i was 13st 10lb or 195lb , which is 3lbs lighter than yesterday but i imagine most of this was water as i didnt even start my diet until this morning...

Im really determined to do well , cheers guys
