| Re: Bad Carbs vs. "Good Carbs?" Well, my diet consists of 55% of my calories coming from healthy, low-glycemic carbs (whole grains, vegetables) ... and I've lost 85 pounds in 6 months (with an underactive thyroid and diabetes.) I also eat plenty of lean protein and heart-healthy fats, too.
And my cholesterol is now normal, too!
