Hello Phil ... welcome and best wishes on your weight loss!

I found that giving up junk food, fast food, trans fats, hydrogenated oils, refined sugars and refined flours ... plus eating a lot of lean proteins, fresh veggies and fruit, and whole grains .... worked best for me. It's amazing what you learn when you start reading labels, huh?
