You can totally DO this, yes you can!!!! I am excited for you as you begin your weight loss journey!
My only advice is simple ... eat more veggies! (It's worked wonders for me!) Every time you have a meal, just recognize that you have a choice about what to eat, and how much of it to eat ... with the goal of eating a nutritious, healthy, well-balanced diet. (And, of course, exercise helps to!)
Just take things one meal at a time, one day at a time, one pound at a time!
