Hello =]

Hey there i'm Linders20 a.k.a Lindsay im currently a student at Uni in England.

I'm kind of new to the whole forums thing, i was looking all over the internet for tips on how to lose weight and then a friend of mine suggested a forum, so here I am! Nice to meet you all

Being at Uni its really easy to buy cheap junk food thats easy and quick to cook, but i try to eat healthily when i can. It probably doesnt help that i go out at night a lot with friends to drink and have a good time! Also being at Uni it means that i dont have a ot of time to exercise, also i havent really got much will power heh but still i try.

Im currently trying a patch diet thingy which ive seen a lot of over the web which seems to be going ok so far... i bought a months supply and got another months supply free so i thought why not give it a try, also theyre doing the old "if your not happy we'll give you your money back" so they must be pretty confident with their product.

Anywho enough ramblings from me =] Just came to say hi and was wondering if anyone had any useful tips or similar experiences to someone in my position.
