Should i stick to all cardio for the year? if i keep lifting and put on muscle is it possible that i wont get under 200? i thought a combination of eliptical training and weight training would be a good idea but now several people are telling me maybe i shouldnt be lifting weights

any thoughts
65lbs in almost 9 months? Piece of cake! That's only 7lbs a month! Lifting weights while you're trying to lose weight will actually help you keep the muscle you have from wasting away more than it will help you build muscle. You can lift weights and still lose the weight you want to lose.

You pretty much need to shoot for a calorie deficit of about 900-1000 calories a day to achieve your goals.
