The safest way to get healthy is to change they way you eat and the kinds of foods you eat and exercise. Like no more processed foods. No more fast food. And get off your BUTTS and move them. Heck if I could get my bf to move out of the city we would be growing our own veggies and raising our own meat, but he is to much of a city boy. lol I would have to do all the work.
