| Re: I am trying to stick to this diet, and be healthy. Yeah, I felt like I was starving the first few days, but then my stomach shrunk a bit and I am satiated by less food now. I could probably eat more calories myself, but i'll see what happens on Monday when I weigh myself b4 I make any changes. It's hard to judge from the 1st week considering a lot of what you lose is water weight.
