When doing supersets, were you doing more weight training(lighter weights) or more weight lifting(heavier weights)? I ask because I was wondering if one was more beneficial than the other. I also heard that doing super sets helps you build muscle faster. Obviously you did it for weight loss, but do you think it was comparitavely as beneficial for building muscle? I'm looking at your profile, congrats on the weight loss btw.
Also, did you use a particular workout from a trainer, magazine etc. or did you just go your own way and modify your workout? |
