I started eating oatmeal for breakfast, having protein like chicken for lunch with a lot of veggies, and then for dinner only vegetables of any kind. The truth of it all is that I always feel so tired, grouchy, and hungry. I've been walking a little more, but not much. My biggest problem is that I am hungry all the time.
