| I am trying to stick to this diet, and be healthy. I have almost five weeks on a diet, and I have lost about 30lbs already. But I am really struggling because I feel like I am hungry all the time. I sometimes feel very lonely during this process because most people I know only need to lose 5-10lbs. I want to belong to a group of supportive people who have a similar goal of losing over 100lbs. I need help and support, if anybody has advice please help me do this!!!
