Do you think this would be enough? I really need to change my whole life because I don't want to gain all the weight back once I will stop taking redusyn. It is also possible to do something like weight watchers all by yourself, isn't it?
By the way I just took the first pill and I feel great. I can't wait to weight myself tomorrow morning! Oh I forget to tell you - my current weight is 235 lbs!
