My injuries were, torn ACL, broken ankle, and then a torn quad. all on the same leg too. Doctors say i have had a full recovery, and suggested me to start my new diet regiment as well to prevent future injuries due to weight gain. |

Been there on the injuries! Tore my ACL, meniscus and a tendon in foot, all on the same leg too! I hate rehab.
Green tea and water will put you in the right direction, so good work there!
