As of late I have switched from a "whenever" diet to a 5 meals (300 calories each sitting), on a set schedule 10am 12p 3p 6p and 9p.

10am- 2 Slices whole wheat toast

12pm- 8oz 95% lean beef

3pm- Fruit salad

6pm- 6-8oz chicken or fish (baked)

9pm- varies, Could be 2 glasses of red wine, or a salad with light dressing depending on the night.

I only am drinking water/green tea, and I have removed all soda and most snack foods from my house.

My injuries were, torn ACL, broken ankle, and then a torn quad. all on the same leg too. Doctors say i have had a full recovery, and suggested me to start my new diet regiment as well to prevent future injuries due to weight gain.
