I work in an office at my desk all day. I cycle 1 mile (uphill the whole way

) to work, and 1 mile home (downhill

) and use a rebounder for 30 minutes when I get home.
So all in all I have 3 sets of exercise Mon-Fri. What can I do in my office to rev up the motor? As I am tied to the phone most of the day.....
Any suggestions?
