Hi Kel,
I have just recently started using it, 5 days so far. I haven't noticed any side effects yet and I am optimal in energy! However, I will keep people updated as and when it is required!
Nowadays, I also think feel good, cause maybe it is also a feel good factor that comes with trying to take care of myself somehow, be it Redusyn!
