I also have a similar problem you know. It is difficult when you have a 9 to 5 job and then do domestic work and still maintain a high energy level for your loved ones! I believe exercises are useful ofcourse, however, one doesn't always find the time to exercise and also weather/money permitting issues are always there!
So a diet pills i believe are good strategies and i am trying it and hence generally believe that it could work short term or maybe even long term
